ARTemis Award for Music 2018 Awarded to Rene’ Ormae-Jarmer the Drum Line Director of the Kingsmen Thunder Drumline of Milwaukee, OR.
Take a look at what Rene' is doing for the youth in her area. She is a woman in a predominately male world. With little resources, she not only runs the organization, she fundraises, teaches all the students, locates and secures all equipment, including a hauling trailer that features the ARTemis logo, not to mention she is a co-creator of the music and moves of the actual field show the students perform.
